I’ve been tracking my mouse movements all day using Anatoly Zenkov’s MousePath (found on Feltron’s blog). It’s highlighted some interesting behaviour, such as:
- I tend to send my cursor to the top-left of the screen when I’m popping away from my desk
- … unless I’m using Firefox, in which case I park it at the bottom-right of the browser window
- nothing at all happens in the bottom-left of my screen (and I’m wondering if that space could be used more productively … I could perhaps occupy it with a talking paperclip)
- I have too many files on my desktop.
I’ll carry on playing with it and see if any other patterns reveal themselves. If you want to have a play, download it here: Mac / PC.
this is awesome.
i’m hungry.
